Vapaus Alpha Auditions

I've decided that Kiyoko is not suited for an Alpha position. She is more suited for a bodyguard to the Alpha (like she has been since her original creation elsewhere). So Vapaus is in need of a Alpha since Alexander has long been gone. :3

Alpha positions will be hard to obtain because I've had too many problems with people wanting to be alpha yet not wanting to contribute or assuming that because they are Alpha of a pack, that they are the most powerful being on the island. This will be an ongoing audition until a suitible Alpha for the wayward pack is chosen.

Your Requirements:

• Be an active member! - There is no sense in having inactive alphas because the pack itself goes inactive.
  
• Be a good role player - Yes, this is a must. I don't expect you to be the best there is but you must be able to not only reach the 200WC min with ease - but you must also be able to create well rounded and easy to read posts with good spelling and grammar. Alphas will be setting an example just like the staff of the site do.
  
• Are you prone to power play and god mod? - Don't apply. We need members that understand their character isn't the biggest and meanest and has weaknesses just like any other character. There is no problem with your character *thinking* him/herself as the best thing since sliced bread so long as the puppeteer knows it's simply not the case. :3
  
• Be accepting of *all* ideas - Even if someone wants to suggest a plot for the pack that you had no intention of Vapaus ever going to, be open to it. Even though your character is the leader of the pack this does not mean that it's entirely your pack. All the characters work as a whole so all possible plots must be considered. - Meet the person half way if you would like so that they can see their plot for their character go through without making a mess of Vapaus!
  
• Understand the pack. We don't need two packs that have the same basic personality and way of working - They could just join together. Vapaus is full of creatures that went through the horrors of the testing facility previously, most of them aren't going to be happy and easy going.
  
• And last but not least: Be creative. You can't expect staff to come up with all of the plots for your pack. There are thousands of directions to take Vapaus, let your imagination run wild!

Why do you think this character would make a good Alpha of said pack?: Cesar would be a great alpha for Vapaus. His personality would come together with the position rather nicely. Not to mention friendly, welcoming alphas aren't too common these days. It'd be a nice change from the whole " I'm a big an' powerful alpha. grr. " act. I also have some pretty funny ideas for the pack. Since he's so religious I thought it'd be pretty hilarious if I had him force everyone in the pack to adopt his habits. Which includes thanking the spirits, praying, etc.

I'm not going to write a novel about this, but me and Cesar'd definitely be able to provide that change I think you're looking for. Thanks for your time c;
